Eligible Refund Reasons

Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Chargebacks filed without contacting us: May result in account suspension and forfeiture of unused keys
• Fraudulent chargebacks: We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargeback claims

Note: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, we provide full transaction logs and delivery confirmation to card issuers when disputing chargebacks.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms:
